Green Energy Alliance

Welcome To Green Energy Alliance

Africa's partner in sustainable energy development

HELLO THERE

About Us

Green Energy Alliance is a global project focused on the production of electricity from renewable energy sources around the world but specifically in sub-Saharan Africa where the demand outstrips supply to such an extent that power outages from the grid are a regular, disruptive and costly way of life for the governments and the people. Green Energy Alliance Limited is a company incorporated in Ireland which has been formed to provide financial support and ancillary services to businesses looking to establish power-producing operations in Africa. This will assist in ensuring that the projects are brought to fruition at the earliest opportunity and thus help to bring an end to the interruptions and misery caused by the frequent absence of electricity.

WHAT WE DO

Creating sustainable renewable energy opportunities

Our aim is to work with companies which have a similar ethical approach, already have the necessary permissions from the governments of the countries in which they are operating, have strong management teams and are using technologies and methodologies which will reduce carbon emissions and stimulate local employment.

The focus of Green Energy Alliance is to align itself in Africa with the aims of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) campaign which was launched by the United Nations in 2002. It ran until 2015 when it was replaced by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) campaign which will run until 2030.

Over the last two decades, energy systems around the world have been undergoing significant changes, many of which are now related to targeted government policies aimed at moving to low-carbon energy sources, reducing air pollution, ensuring energy independence and security, reducing costs and increasing energy efficiency.

We already have a number of projects in mind but the one in Ghana best exemplifies the type of opportunities Green Energy Alliance is looking for. These will enable our shareholders to see the positive impact of our strategy working over a relatively short period of time and, by helping to produce two valuable proofs of concept.

OUR TEAM

Extensive experience in ensuring your best chance of success

As part of our approach and to ensure that any businesses we invest in will have the best chances to create the growth and profitability which we envisage, we have put together a team of people with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, as well as ensuring we have the right skill sets to make our own tokenisation funding platform work. This way we expect the objectives and financial forecasts of Green Energy Alliance to be achieved on time if not ahead of the anticipated timeline.
